The Seniors Coalition, represented by
DAVID HERMAN

The Seniors Coalition is represented on the AMD Alliance International Board of Directors by Mr. David Herman. Mr. Herman serves as Vice Chairman to the AMD Alliance International.

David Herman has been actively involved with The Seniors Coalition (TSC) since 1996. He works closely with the Board of Directors in the development of public policy initiatives on behalf of TSC members. Mr. Herman has joined the TSC management team to continue his efforts on behalf of America's seniors.

Prior to joining The Seniors Coalition, Mr. Herman worked for thirteen years as a hotel executive and for fifteen years in the mortgage and investment banking industry.
